These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of wheels.chat (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
wheels.chat lets people send messages to vehicle owners using a license plate + region (state/province) without exchanging personal phone numbers.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to form a contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
3. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or encouraging violence.
- Impersonation, fraud, or attempting to deceive others.
- Doxxing or sharing someone’s personal information.
- Spam, automation, scraping, or attempting to disrupt the Service.
- Using the Service for unlawful purposes.
4. Accounts and plate registrations
You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of any authentication method you use. Plate registration may require verification and may be suspended if we detect abuse or fraudulent registrations.
5. Moderation and enforcement
We may remove content, limit functionality, or suspend/terminate access if we believe a user is violating these Terms or harming the Service or other users. We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we may do so to keep the Service safe.
6. Privacy
Our data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Payments
If paid features are offered, payments are processed by third-party processors (for example, Stripe). Your purchase may also be governed by the processor’s terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of every message, or that the Service will meet your requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, wheels.chat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
